Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and cafe sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored BillQode solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of BillQode s QR code technology and analytics platform.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote BillQode s offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant and cafe operations and the challenges faced by food service businesses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
