Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant and cafe sector to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored BillQode solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of BillQode s QR code technology and analytics platform.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer insights and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote BillQode s offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and cafe operations and the challenges faced by food service businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
