Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle and process customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Create and maintain Sales Orders (SOs) in collaboration with the planning and logistics teams
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure the timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory and stock availability to maintain a smooth workflow and prevent shortages or overstock
Communicate with international customers through clear, professional email correspondence
Follow up with customers regarding shipping documents and confirmations for each shipment
Arrange and manage export shipments in coordination with the logistics team
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Good command of Excel, Outlook, and professional email communication
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in sales coordination or export logistics is preferred
