Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sanitary ware and plumbing supplies market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including regional traders and project contractors.

Present and promote Huaye s product portfolio, highlighting unique features and quality standards to meet client needs.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic account planning.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Provide timely feedback and reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sanitary ware, plumbing, or building materials industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for client meetings and events.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
