Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute monthly and annual sales plans for the flavor and fragrance business unit.
Identify and approach new potential clients in target industries.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and negotiate technical and commercial offers, following up until the deal is closed.
Manage the full sales process from quotation to delivery and invoicing.
Analyze market trends and competitors activities and prepare periodic reports.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to plan promotional activities targeting industrial clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Perfect command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
