Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and onboard potential clients interested in Forex and financial trading.
Conduct outbound calls, follow up with leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Promote the company s Forex products, trading platforms, and investment services.
Guide clients through account opening, verification, and depositing processes.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong product knowledge of Forex, CFDs, trading strategies, and market trends.
Provide clients with basic trading information (non-advisory) and assist them with platform features.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
Build long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the marketing and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Report daily and weekly results to the Sales Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Forex/CFDs, financial services, or online trading.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with MT4/MT5, trading platforms, and financial terminology is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Arabic language required; English proficiency is an advantage.
Must be based in Iraq.
