Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and research potential merchant partners that align with Company s strategic vision.
- Utilize outbound strategies, networking, and relationship-building to generate and qualify a robust pipeline of leads.
- Sales & Partnership Development:
- Conduct compelling, consultative sales presentations and demonstrations of the Company platform.
- Articulate the value of our model and our wide range of offerings.
- Negotiate and close service agreements.
- Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, from document collection and verification to setup and training on the platform.
- Ensure new merchants are confident and proficient in using the platform and keep them highly engaged.
- Account Management & Growth:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new merchants, providing post-launch support and ensuring a successful initial experience.
- Market Insight & Strategy:
- Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to inform company-wide strategy.
- Gather feedback from onboarding merchants on areas to improve.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Previous experience in the technology, hospitality, or food and beverage industry is a strong asset.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English or French (written and verbal).
- Excellent phone presence and persistence.
- Deep understanding of the Lebanese market and its business culture.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic data analysis tools.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented and needs minimum supervision.
- A natural problem-solver with a consultative and empathetic approach to sales.
- Strong presentation skills and sales techniques.
- Possesses a strong network of contacts within the local business community.
- Own transportation and driver's license.
