Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling manpower, staffing, or outsourcing services and a strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manpower and staffing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across key sectors
  • Prepare proposals and close contracts in line with company targets
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track sales performance and provide regular progress reports

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of sales experience in manpower, recruitment, or related industries
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market and manpower regulations
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
