Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively prospect and target new business opportunities within pharmaceutical manufacturers in Egypt.

Conduct technical needs analysis to understand client challenges in production (solid, semi-solid, sterile) and present tailored equipment solutions.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead to order, including preparing quotations, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, production managers, and decision-makers.

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within pharmaceutical companies.

Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

A university degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically selling machinery, equipment, or capital goods. Experience selling to pharmaceutical factories is a major plus.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, especially in Solid Dosage, Semi-Solid, and Sterile production areas. Prior work experience inside a pharma factory is a strong advantage.

An established network of contacts within pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.

Valid driver s license and access to a personal vehicle for client visits.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively remotely.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
