Roles & Responsibilities

The role focuses on developing and managing business-to-business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining long-term partnerships, promoting travel solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Actively pursue new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the UAE.
Identify client needs and tailor travel and tourism solutions accordingly.
Develop strong knowledge of the company s services and effectively represent its offerings.
Generate leads and maintain an accurate client book to grow long-term, repeat business.
Maximize sales performance through strong client relationships and understanding customer needs.
Conduct warm outreach using creative sales approaches.
Promote Dubai Link Group s booking platforms (GTE & GTE Connects) and B2B services.
Collaborate with account executives on industry-specific outreach initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce to manage all stages of the sales process.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
Advise clients on destinations and required travel documents.
Follow up on travel plans, coordinate updates, and manage last-minute itinerary changes.
Research fares, schedules, accommodation, and transportation options.
Handle client communications via email and phone professionally.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Attend presentations, networking events, and trade shows.
Sell online booking engine services to new and existing accounts.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide strong after-sales support.
Perform additional tasks assigned by Management.

Sales Manager (Based in Saudi Arabia & UAE )

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives for the sales team.
Oversee the full sales funnel, forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management.
Improve sales productivity, lead qualification, and customer segmentation.
Maintain procurement, contract records, and CRM data accuracy.
Prepare reports, dashboards, KPIs, and quarterly business review presentations.
Support onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring of sales team members.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend solutions to eliminate sales bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, tourism, or related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
