Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Yacht Rental Department. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads into bookings

  • Present yachts, packages, and services professionally

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and brokers

  • Manage bookings, schedules, and follow-ups using CRM systems

  • Coordinate with operations and marina teams for smooth charter experiences

  • Ensure high standards of communication, accuracy, and client satisfaction

  • Assist during peak seasons with high volumes of requests

  • Prepare reports and updates using Excel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) Russian language is a plus

  • Sales experience in hospitality, luxury, travel, or events is an advantage

  • Yacht rental experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Confident use of CRM systems and Excel Excellent communication and client-service skills

  • High level of responsibility, multitasking, and stress tolerance

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills Presentable appearance and professional communication

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Fast learner with willingness to grow

  • Knowledge of Dubai marinas and yacht routes is a plus

  • Ability to work during peak seasons and manage high inquiry volume
