Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced Sales Engineer, responsible to lead, manage and drive the project sales for Electrical Products and Solutions, catering to MEP/Industrial Projects. The role combines strong technical knowledge with sales and business development skills to deliver , offering tailored solutions that meet client requirements while achieving assigned sales targets and supporting business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.

  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure industries is highly preferred, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy solutions is essential.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM software, ensuring efficient lead management and sales tracking.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC) is beneficial, showing compliance knowledge.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
