Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experienced Sales Engineer, responsible to lead, manage and drive the project sales for Electrical Products and Solutions, catering to MEP/Industrial Projects. The role combines strong technical knowledge with sales and business development skills to deliver , offering tailored solutions that meet client requirements while achieving assigned sales targets and supporting business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure industries is highly preferred, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy solutions is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM software, ensuring efficient lead management and sales tracking.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC) is beneficial, showing compliance knowledge.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
