Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to corporate clients.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Resolve escalated client issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Organize regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
