Position Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor with 5-7 years of experience in the F&B or bakery sectors, particularly in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales success. You will lead a talented team and play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base within the bakery sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to succeed.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing campaigns.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products, network with potential clients, and stay informed about industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales within the F&B or bakery sector, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
