Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor and analyze key indicators:
- Visit rate
- Conversion rate
- Number of SKUs per order
- Product volume and mix
- Implement corrective action plans
Team management
- Supervise a team of 6 to 8 pre-sales representatives
- Set individual goals
- Track daily performance
- Conduct regular on-site support sessions
- Provide coaching and skills development
Monitoring of field execution
- Check product availability at customer locations
- Control the merchandising and visibility
- Ensuring compliance with commercial standards
- Identify the discrepancies and correct them immediately
Customer portfolio management
- Guarantee coverage for 1200 clients
- Developing high-potential clients
- Track customer losses and declines in business activity
Reporting et analyse
- Produce regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyze performance by salesperson, area, and brand
- Gathering field information (competition, prices, opportunities)
Internal coordination
- Collaborating with logistics for product availability
- Working with marketing for field operations
- Ensure communication with the sales management
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum of 3 years of higher education (business, management or equivalent)
Experience :
- 3 to 5 years in the food and beverage distribution sector (FMCG)
- Field experience required
- Management experience preferred
