Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor – HORECA to join our commercial team.
- Supervise and coach HORECA sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA customers and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, merchandising, and brand visibility.
-Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
