Requirements

• Minimum 3 yearsu2019 experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments.
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends.
• Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions.
• High school diploma required; Bacheloru2019s degree preferred.
