Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Setting short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluating the effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Building and leading a team of salespeople. Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Overseeing the sales team and developing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
