Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the educational market.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience, strongly preferred in education or e-learning.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
