Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team in Upper Egypt to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the region.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers in the HORECA sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competition.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management to inform business decisions.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role in Upper Egypt.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA industry and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Upper Egypt for client meetings and support.
