Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Supervisor
To manage, motivate and support a team of sales representatives
- Define sales objectives and monitor their achievement
- Ensure the development of the client portfolio
- Implement commercial and promotional activities
- Analyze performance and establish regular reports
- Train and coach sales representatives in the field
- Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Mastery of computer tools
- Possessing a driver's license and vehicle for travel.
- R sitting in the wilaya of Oran or neighbors.
- Attractive salary + performance-based bonuses
- Telephone and work tools provided
- Possibility of SD Volation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, management or equivalent
- Proven experience in the commercial field (ideally in supervision)
