Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Supervisor


To manage, motivate and support a team of sales representatives

  • Define sales objectives and monitor their achievement
  • Ensure the development of the client portfolio
  • Implement commercial and promotional activities
  • Analyze performance and establish regular reports
  • Train and coach sales representatives in the field
  • Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Mastery of computer tools
  • Possessing a driver's license and vehicle for travel.
  • R sitting in the wilaya of Oran or neighbors.
  • Attractive salary + performance-based bonuses

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, management or equivalent
