Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Supervise and coordinate the sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor their achievement.
Analyze sales performance (revenue, margins, volumes).
Implement sales and promotional activities.
To monitor strategic clients.
To train, supervise and motivate the sales team.
Participate in the recruitment of sales representatives.
Ensure compliance with commercial procedures.
Prepare regular reports to management.
Managing major customer disputes.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) to Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales, including initial experience in management.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and the market.
