Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prospecting for new clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Plan customer visits with the salespeople.
- Coordinate and manage a team of salespeople.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Supporting salespeople through advice, training and information in the field.
- Ensure the application of the company's commercial policy.
- Inform management of all field activities and results achieved.
- Coverage of the sales region for which he is responsible.
- Keep the sales staff's work schedule up to date, including sales calls and customer visits.
- Keep customers up-to-date and informed about product features, promotions, offers and other business-related changes.
- Working in constant collaboration with the sales and logistics team.
- Be available to replace a salesperson if needed.
- Possessing the skills in planning and conflict management.
- Inform management of any commercial transaction that presents a dispute.
- Ensure good availability and visibility of products.
- Conduct thorough and continuous competitive intelligence.
- Inventory and updating of customer databases.
- Reporting permanant.
- Increase our market share.
- To be attentive to the customer.
- Participate in meetings and working sessions with colleagues, subordinates and superiors.
Exp rience de 1 an minimum.
