Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Supervisor


Supervise and manage the field sales team

  • Set and track sales targets
  • Develop and retain the customer portfolio
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Provide support and training for sales representatives
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures
  • Ensure a regular field presence in the East and West sectors


  • Training in business, marketing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the eastern and western sectors of Algiers
  • Leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Availability for field placements
