Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Support team members in client acquisition and retention
Coordinate with management to align sales objectives with company goals
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
