Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals

Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics

Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints

Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling a diverse portfolio of food ingredients.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes

Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Order Management and Coordination: Oversee the entire order process from quotation to delivery, working closely with logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; minimum 3 5 years of sales or account management experience in the food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industries.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
