Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly adaptable and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing and executing multiple client projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of adapting to different client needs and industry sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise sales activities and teams across multiple client accounts and channels.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to individual projects.
  • Ensure timely project execution through effective resource and schedule management.
  • Act as a key contact point between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to recommend optimizations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead project-specific sales teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Construction, Contracting, and Real Estate fields are preferred.
