Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8 12 agents
Drive daily, weekly & monthly sales targets and KPIs
Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Support onboarding and nesting of new hires
Foster a culture of ownership, empowerment & excellence
Ensure operational stability and business continuity
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of Team Handling experience in US Travel Sales (OTA)
3 4 years of hands-on US Flight Sales experience
Strong GDS knowledge & geography skills
Excellent English communication & presentation skills
High ownership, commitment, and leadership mindset
