Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned regions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment and travel as needed.
