Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead & motivate a team of sales representatives
Ensure full route-to-market execution (coverage, distribution, shelf share)
Monitor & achieve sales KPIs and monthly targets
Build strong relationships with key accounts & retail partners
Coach, train & support your team for maximum productivity
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of FMCG sales experience (at least 1 2 in a supervisory role)
Strong leadership & people management skills
Results-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities
Valid driving license
