Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants, hotels, and cafes to Toters Trade
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of key accounts
  • Develop market coverage strategies to expand Toters Trade s reach
  • Lead presentations and product demos to decision makers
  • Collect feedback from clients and work cross-functionally to improve offerings
  • Monitor competition and market trends in the HORECA sector
  • Report on sales metrics and propose forecasts, growth plans, and improvements


Requirements:

  • 4 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or HORECA supply
  • Deep knowledge of the HORECA market and client purchasing behavior.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Valid driver s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, digital sales tools, and mobile platforms.
