Sales Supervisor-Retail

Client of Top Notch Consultancy

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Beirut, Lebanon, is seeking a driven Sales Supervisor- Retail to manage an area and control the Cash Van Team. This role focuses on optimizing distribution and developing routes while ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop distribution in the assigned area focusing on concentration and optimization of Route Plan.
• Achieve developed forecast with focus on ND Growth and SKU assortment.
• Create and grow strong customer relationships.
• Screen, search, and establish contact with new and potential customers.
• Ensure correct execution of Channel Strategy level (new customers, active coverage, distribution, visibility, pricing, and brand positioning).
• Monthly target execution and achievements.
• Ensure 100% collection for all cash and credit customers.
• Supervise, motivate, evaluate, and develop the sales team.
• Report daily activity to Field Sales Manager.
• Assess and share channel risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate team performance and ensure continuous development.
• Strong inter-departmental cooperation.
• Build relationships with current and new customers.

Qualifications:

• BS degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
• 5 years of experience in sales with 2 years of experience in Sales Supervision.
• Good understanding of the FMCG industry and the way the water business operates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Hardworking, assertive, and persistent.
