Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities via K-Net tender platforms and direct client engagement

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on compliant tenders (government & private sector)

  • Manage vendor pre-qualification with key public sector entities and maintain registrations

  • Handle purchase orders end-to-end with local and international suppliers

  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag reorder requirements

  • Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments professionally

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready commercial documentation (POs, invoices, MSDS, COAs)

  • Support commercial decision-making with basic P&L and balance sheet understanding

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in a chemical trading company, oil & gas supplier, or logistics firm

  • Proven experience in tendering and government pre-qualification processes

  • Strong operational knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and collections

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Engineering

  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP/accounting system experience is an advantage

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of tasks
