Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and verify pricing and costing (basic cost controlling).

Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, reports, and data quality.

Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between CRM, Sales, and Legal.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or CRM/sales support.

Strong understanding of commercial documents (offers, contracts, NDAs).

Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mandatory).

Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style.

Experience with basic cost controlling or reviewing offer calculations is an advantage.

Fluent in English; Arabic
