Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and support the preparation of strong>sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents/strong> to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Coordinate with the strong>Legal & Compliance Department/strong> for necessary reviews, approvals, and contract risk assessments, as well as Compliance-related issues (e.g., sanctions, export control, etc.).

Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements.

Support the CRM team in maintaining strong>accurate and complete data/strong> within the CRM system.

Prepare and update strong>sales, pipeline, and performance reports/strong> for management.

Review and verify pricing and costing (basic cost controlling).

Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, reports, and data quality.

Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between CRM, Sales, and Legal.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or CRM/sales support.

Strong understanding of commercial documents (offers, contracts, NDAs).

Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mandatory).

Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style.

Experience with basic cost controlling or reviewing offer calculations is an advantage.

Fluent in English; Arabic
