Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Sales Support Associate will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Acquisition teams by managing all client-related financial matters, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. This role will handle reconciliations, contract administration, and day-to-day operational tasks, enabling Account Managers and the Sales Head to focus on driving growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Administrative Support

Manage all financial matters with clients, including payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Track and record collections, ensuring alignment with internal finance reports.

Prepare periodic financial summaries for the Sales Head and Account Managers.

Ensure timely invoicing and maintain accurate financial records for all client accounts.

Legal & Compliance

Draft, review, and manage client contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.

Maintain a centralized record of all agreements, ensuring proper signatures and compliance with company policies.

Liaise with the legal department for any contractual clarifications or escalations.

Operational & Sales Team Support

Assist Account Managers and the Acquisition team with onboarding new clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete.

Enter and update client information accurately in the CRM/system.

Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to resolve client issues promptly.

Prepare sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and follow-up lists for the team.

Client Relationship Support

Act as a point of contact for clients on financial and contractual matters.

Support Account Managers in managing merchant satisfaction by ensuring all administrative processes are smooth.

Provide regular updates to clients on payment statuses, contract renewals, or other operational matters.


Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or related roles.

Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and contract management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills (Arabic & English, written and spoken. French is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
