Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all flyadeal products, services, systems and current marketing campaigns, providing accurate information and responses to Travel Trade at all times.
  • Handle all inbound & outbound queries without delay, optimising revenue opportunities and communicating flyadeal policies and procedures in an efficient manner.
  • Escalate issues to management for further review immediately when required.
  • Monitor daily Group/Charter bookings using the group tool, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Provide relevant analytics to the Sales team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B/OTA Agents inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Guide travel agencies and GSAs through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to flyadeal B2B platform.
  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment, leveraging insights to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Execute trade events, agency incentives, sales blitz and other relevant activities.
  • Follow the team roster schedule, with days off varying.
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or any related field
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Minimum +1 years experience in similar role within aviation.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the local and international airline market
