Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Qualification Required:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Relevant experience in sales support or customer service is a plus

Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles
Experience in corporate or retail sales environment preferred

Requirements:
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data accurately.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Track sales performance metrics and assist in analysis for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities.
