Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance performance.
- Drive the closure of high-value deals and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in direct sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales team leader role.
- B2B sales experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a proven ability to handle client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
