Roles & Responsibilities
You will be leading part of the Glovo Sales Team, working closely with the Sales Manager coordinating with other teams

Team Building and Development:
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to encourage teamwork, motivation, and high performance.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them improve their sales techniques and achieve their targets.
Setting Clear Goals and Expectations:
Establish clear sales targets, quotas, and objectives for the team aligned with the overall business goals.
Communicate expectations effectively to team members and ensure they understand their individual and collective responsibilities.
Performance Monitoring and Management:
Monitor the performance of individual team members closely, tracking their sales activities, progress, and results.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales pipeline metrics to assess team performance.
Take proactive measures to address performance issues, provide support and guidance to underperforming team members, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Motivation and Recognition:
Recognize and reward top performers to incentivize and motivate the team.
Provide regular feedback and encouragement to boost morale and maintain motivation, especially during challenging times.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and celebrate team successes together.
Alignment with Business Objectives:
Ensure that the team's activities and initiatives are aligned with the organization's overall business plan and objectives.
Regularly review and evaluate progress against business targets and adjust strategies as needed to stay on track.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics to senior management and stakeholders..
