Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for HP and POLY products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with the sales staff to recommend optimal HP product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards.
  • Organize regular training sessions to enhance the team s product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the technology or IT products sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of HP and POLY product lines, including PCs, printers, and supplies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
