Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tagaddod is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader for our Alexandria team (Alexandria, Behira, Marsa Matrouh, Kafr el Sheikh, and North Coast) . In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for planning sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring alignment with the company s goals.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the sales team in the Alexandria cluster, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to management.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and find effective resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Representative or similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus.
