Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and people-focused B2B Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team serving the USA & Canada market.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day sales activities, guide complex B2B sales cycles, and support your team in building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with solid B2B sales experience, a proven ability to lead telesales or inside sales teams (preferably offshore or remote), and a strong understanding of consultative selling. You thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and lead by example balancing coaching, pipeline management, and performance accountability to consistently drive revenue growth

Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience leading and coaching B2B sales or telesales teams, preferably offshore/remote
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience managing full sales cycles and closing complex deals
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales analytics tools
