Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and client satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
