Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Lead OYA s sales operations and market expansion strategy, driving revenue growth through onboarding new buyers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OYA s B2B sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the Sales Team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment Teams.
- Oversee negotiations with key buyers and distributors.
- Analyze sales data and produce periodic reports.
- Develop incentive plans and training programs for the sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Experience: 5 7 years of experience in sales management (preferably in e-commerce or export).
- Skills: Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
