Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
Generate and qualify leads, establish client relationships, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance and coaching, and ensure continuous development.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure ensuring efficiency and professionalism at every stage.
Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and performance analyses for management.
Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and maintain consistent brand representation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree
a Sales Team Leader in real estate.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a proven track record of achieving team targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
