Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and maximize revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activity, including calls, follow-ups, demos, and conversions.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and optimize scripts, pitches, and sales workflows.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, role-plays, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with operations, and customer support to align goals and enhance conversion rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle escalated sales issues and assist in closing high-level deals when needed.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- C1 English Level
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a call center or B2B environment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
