Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
-
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with the Portfolio Head of Sales to exceed revenue targets across all product lines
-
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities using data-led insights and pipeline analysis

Drive customer optimisation strategies to maximise lifetime value and retention

Manage a complex sales pipeline with accuracy in forecasting, risk assessment and market evaluation

Build multi-threaded relationships with key clients and stakeholders, delivering outcome-focused solutions

Foster an entrepreneurial team culture encouraging ambition, intelligent risk-taking and breakthrough thinking
Inspirational Leadership:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional commercial outcomes

Promote a culture of sales excellence through structured coaching, feedback and capability building

Inspire engagement and collaboration across the wider RX UK sales community

Lead beyond authority positively influencing cross-functional teams to enhance process, delivery and performance

Instil a growth mindset across your team encouraging experimentation, innovation and learning

Identify capability gaps and proactively implement training and development solutions

Industry Expertise & Brand Representation:

Build and nurture a strong network across key clients, associations and strategic partners

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to inform sales strategy

Represent RX Global and WFES confidently at industry events and client engagements

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends within exhibitions and sustainable energy
Collaboration & Governance:

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, pricing and brand teams to ensure seamless event delivery

Engage effectively with international teams

Uphold ethical sales practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be based in KSA.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
Proven exhibition sales experience (essential) with a strong track record of delivering results
Demonstrated success leading sales performance in competitive, fast-paced environments
Experience in people management and team development
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined organisation and prioritisation
Clear, influential communicator and respected role model within sales leadership
