Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy in alignment with the company s goals.
  • Setting monthly and annual targets for the team and tracking their achievement.
  • Monitoring team performance and analyzing results to improve effectiveness.
  • Driving business growth specifically within the software and ERP solutions sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, with at least some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of IT, telecommunications, or enterprise solutions sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
