Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
