Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Track team performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and real estate market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate development experience is highly preferred.
